Nutrition Coach + Personal Trainer
Amber Connor is a nutrition and bikini posing coach. She is currently certified by NASM as a CPT and is working on completing her Nutrition Certification. She was born and raised in Beaufort, SC, but currently resides in Augusta, GA, with her husband Bryan Connor.
Growing up, she developed a love for the sport at a very young age; her father was a competitive bodybuilder. Being a competitive college cheerleader and pageant queen, she learned proper nutrition and exercise habits at an early age. A lifetime of sports taught her that small goals being met is often the key to improvement.
As a Personal Trainer, Amber works everyday with clients on improving their health and wellness, guiding them to achieve their fitness and weight loss goals. She knows that in order to live a healthy lifestyle, you must have dedication, consistency, and balance.
Amber knows and understands that this lifestyle is not always easy, but that these struggles can be overcome and consistently helps each client be their best self, both physically and emotionally. Amber's coaching style makes the process as fun and painless as possible. Her diverse life experiences through competitive sports, pageantry, and bodybuilding has given her the knowledge to be well suited to coach clients interested in basic weight loss and competition prep.
Amber has competed in bikini for the last 5 years and is a 3 time, nationally qualified athlete in the NPC.

I am a basic weight loss and competition prep nutrition coach for The Natural Truth Nutrition and Fitness. Whether you want to prepare for a bodybuilding competition, embark on a personal transformation, lose some body fat, or gain lean muscle; I am here to guide you on every step of the journey.
I started my fitness journey when I was 13 years old and 135lbs. I injured my rotator cuff while pitching; the doctor told me to choose surgery or another sport. I chose to continue playing tennis and pickup weightlifting. My grandfather bought me a home gym that we setup in our garage. My goal was to gain as much muscle mass and strength as possible. When I was 15 years old, I joined my first gym, “Powerhouse”. I was fortunate enough to have a handful of accomplished, iron veterans to make sure my form was solid and they provided me with a wealth of training and nutrition knowledge over the years.
I realize now, that without the guidance of those men, I could have spent years fumbling around, struggling with poor form and unsound nutritional advice. By the time I graduated high school, I was 176lbs and happy with the gains I had made. Weightlifting was more than a passion; gaining strength and adding muscle mass helped to lift my confidence and feel truly happy with my image. The discipline and confidence that bodybuilding taught me helps to achieve any goal that I wish to attain; one of the most important, is helping all of our clients reach their personal fitness and weight loss goals.
